Saturday, my qualifiying round went pretty well and I had a good start in the final. Going into corner 4, Darrin Mees thought that 4 skis turn better than 2. and I got the short end of the deal. This dropped me back to about sixth place. A few laps later, memories of Valcourt from a few years ago came back as Cory Davis crashed going over the back side triple jump. With no place to go, I collided with Davis along with Brett Bender. This put an end to my night.
Sunday was going well until I had a late heat race crash while leading Ross Martin and Tim Tremblay. Even with my secod place finish in the second round, I was a few points shy of making the front row of the final and I had to qualify in the LCQ. During the final, I made the best out of my back row starting spot and finsihed 7th.
A big thanks goes out to all my crew and sponsors.
We are back to work this week fabricating and coming up with new things to test at Quadna Mountain Park this weekend
