Dan Ebert lands sixth-place finish with World of Outlaws during USA Nationals
Dan Ebert made the trip to Wisconsin on Thursday afternoon to kick off the 38th-annual USA Nationals with the World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series at Cedar Lake Speedway (New Richmond, Wis.).
Laying down the fifth-quickest lap in his talented qualifying group, Ebert finished runner-up to Nick Hoffman in his heat race to earn a sixth-row starting spot in the $10,000-to-win opener. Dan went on to make up five positions over 30-laps to finish right outside the Top-5 in sixth.
Dan finished fourth in a heat race on Friday which put him on the pole of a last chance showdown on Saturday. A blown tire relegated Dan to a ninth-place finish and he was unable to transfer to the finale.
